Our personal The Macallan Distillery and Visitor Experience has been a long running, exciting project for Robertson, and you helped us celebrate in style – with the most outstanding service and the most exceptional food.
Over 100 clients and 40 employees attended the event and were all blown away with the quality of the service and food on Tuesday. On the night, the feedback from our Chairman was that the food excelled and was “a million times better” than the Michelin Star ROCA brothers that he had experienced the week prior. His wife also said that it was the “best venison she had ever tasted”.

I would also like to thank you all for understanding the importance of this unique event to the company, the client and to our Group Board. I cannot express my gratitude for ensuring that every single request (a different main, doubling the staff, change of wine, getting Walkers Shortbread, adding place card holders) all made within a week of the event was addressed and was dealt with promptly and professionally.
I spoke with a client who said he had never experience catering staff who were so informed. He questioned every canape and every dish and he received full explanations from all Bespoke team members.
The little touches that you added as surprises (incorporating our colours to you staff uniform and the wonderful Espresso Martinis) were a massive hit with our Group Board – thank you for ensuring we had the best time – we honestly did and it was all down to Bespoke.
